PlayPadl Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your PlayPadl account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. We comply with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).

1. How to request deletion

• Send an email to sune@lindhard.it from the address associated with your PlayPadl account.
• Use the subject line: Delete my PlayPadl account.
• Include any display name or alternate contact info that helps us locate your account.

2. What we delete

• Your profile record (display name, email address, profile picture URL).
• All matches, queue entries, friend connections, and chat messages you sent.
• Push notification tokens registered against your account.
• Profile pictures stored on your behalf in Cloudflare R2.

3. What we retain

We retain a minimal amount of aggregated or anonymized data for service-integrity reasons (for example, abuse-prevention logs that contain no identifiers). Nothing retained is personally identifying.

4. Timing

We confirm receipt of your deletion request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 17.
