PlayPadl Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PlayPadl is a padel matchmaking service operated by Lindhard IT ApS, Denmark. For any privacy-related questions, contact sune@lindhard.it.

2. What we collect

• Identity (from Auth0, Google or Facebook OIDC at signup): email address, display name, profile picture URL.
• App usage: matches you create or join, queue entries, friend connections, chat messages you send to friends and within matches.
• Device: push notification tokens (APNs on iOS, FCM on Android) so we can notify you about match events.
• Uploaded profile pictures: stored in Cloudflare R2 and served via a public CDN URL.

3. How we use it

We use the data above to match you with other players, deliver push notifications about match events, and show your profile to friends and other match participants.

4. Third-party processors

• Auth0 (Okta): identity provider — processes login credentials and OIDC tokens.
• Cloudflare R2: profile picture storage and delivery.
• Railway: application hosting (EU region).
• Google (FCM) and Apple (APNs): push notification delivery.

5. Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. Once you request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. See how to request deletion.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data. Contact sune@lindhard.it to exercise any of these rights.

7. Cookies and tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies or tracking technologies. During the OAuth redirect flow, Auth0 sets session cookies that are controlled by Auth0.

8. Children

PlayPadl is not directed at users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes

We will post updates to this URL with a revised "last updated" date.
